Interested in becoming a Registered Behavioral Technician?

A 40-hour training certificate is required for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role. At Aborder, RBTs don’t stop learning after certification—they continue to receive ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision as they grow and advance in their careers with us.

Requirements:

In order to be considered for an RBT position at Aborder, candidates must have a minimum of a high-school diploma. Candidates must also have a legal driver’s license and must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred candidates:

• Any experience working with children
• A background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech, Psychology or Education
• A major or focus in Education, Speech, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field in a current degree program
• Enrolled in an ABA Master’s program
• Excited, energetic, and motivated individuals!
